Rental rates are subject to change until confirmed. Rental rates and $75.00 cleaning service fees are subject to 12.5%, Florida resort sales and tax. There is a $25.00 booking fee .

Payment to be made by Visa/Master credit cards, personal check, travelers check or money order. A $300.00 security deposit is required to make a reservation, is not applied to the rental balance and has to be made within 7 days of making the reservation. The security/damage deposit is sent to you 15 days after your departure with a satisfactory checkout. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

No pets or smoking allowed

Within 90 days of the arrival date 25% of the rental amount must be received for Monthly and Weekly rentals in order to assure reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Last minute reservation must pay 100% of the rental and security amount. In the event of a cancellation your deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded less $50.00 administration fee IF WRITTEN notice of cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date.
