Reservations can be made by calling Maria at 407-671-8972

bullet Payment to be made by personal check, travelers check or money order.  A $300.00 security deposit is required to make a reservation, it should be received with in seven working days and is not applied to the rental balance. The security/damage deposit is sent to you after your departure with satisfactory checkout and return of garage opener .

 

bulletWithin 90 days of the arrival date 25% of the rental amount must be received in all rentals.    The   remaining must be received 30 days  before arrival date to maintain the reservation.  Cleaning fee and 12.5% sale/resort taxes  and $25.00 booking fee will be added to total.

 

bulletWhen reservations are made within 30 days or arrival, payment  in full is required one week prior to arrival.

 

bulletLast minute reservation must pay 100% of the rental and security amount.

 

bulletThe signed Rental Agreement is due with payment for reservation.  The Short Term Rental Agreement can be mailed or faxed to Moontide at 386-428-6105, 4139 S. Atlantic Ave. New Smyrna Beach, Fl. 32169

                      

                       

Changes or Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation your deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded less $75.00 administration fee IF WRITTEN notice of cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation on the date of the arrival shall be NON REFUNDABLE unless the unit is re-rented  for the same rental dates and rental amount.

Check-In  -  Check-Out Time

Check In Time is between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. for Saturday arrivals. 2:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays arrivals

Check Out Time is no later than 10:00 am.
