Parking space will be assigned for you, vehicles parked improperly will be towed.

No pets  are allowed

No smoking allowed in condo, please step outside.

Pool hours 8:00 a.m.  - 9:00 p.m.

At the pool children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and children in diapers  are not allowed in the pool.

Boats, wave runners, RVs, trailers and pets  are prohibited on Moontide Property. 

No loud, abusive or drunken behavior, or use of illegal substance will be tolerated.  Such behavior will result in expulsion from condo.

No fire works may be discharged on premises.

You will need to use a phone card or other method to make long distance calls from the condo' s phone.
